Noo Noos is committed to protecting your privacy and security. We will ensure that any information we obtain and use will always be used, transferred and stored in compliance with applicable data protection rules.
We will not pass on your details to any third party for marketing purposes without asking you first.

We take our customers’ data and financial security very seriously. All your financial transactions are handled by either Sage Pay or PayPal. All debit/credit card details are securely transmited via a secure SSL connection. We never see or store your card details. We are also PCI Compliant.

Sage Pay is, the fastest growing independent payment service provider (PSP) and process over 4 billion secure payments each year, for over 30,000 + UK businesses of all sizes. PayPal Logo
We use Paypal for customers that have a PayPal account and prefer to pay by this method. PayPal is a safe, fast, and secure way to pay online.

SecurityMetrics for PCI Compliance, QSA, IDS, Penetration Testing, Forensics, and Vulnerability Assessment
We are PCI compliant as judged by the qualified security sssessor, SecurityMetrics. This means that we adhere to the PCI DSS requirements for security management, policies, procedures, network architecture, software design and other critical protective measures. It means that our systems have been tested to make sure that customers' payment card data is being kept safe throughout every transaction. 3D Secure Logo
We participate in the 3D secure scheme to ensure the highest level of security is enabled for your Visa and Mastercard card purchase. 3D Secure can be thought of as an online version of 'Chip and Pin' technology, where a password registered with your card is entered during the checkout process. In order to register for 3D secure, you will need to sign up for the service with the bank or organisation that issues your card. You will be asked to choose a password and a personal message. Each time you make a purchase with a store participating in the 3D Secure scheme, your password will be requested and confirmed by your card issuer to complete your purchase. Your password will never be shared with us.

 


Returns & Exchanges

In some rare instances, you may need to return an item. The following information will help you process your return:

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt*. Returned items should be unused, in saleable condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  All labels should be intact. We will issue a full refund on receipt.

We also accept cancelled orders under the Consumer Contracts Regulations(see Cancellations section below).

Exchanges of items are accepted within 14 days of package’s receipt.  This does not affect your legal rights.  We will exchange the item for another size or color of the same style depending on stock availability; otherwise we will refund the purchase price of the item at your request. Exchanged items should be unused, in saleable condition and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation.  All labels should be intact.

Please note:

1. In the interest of hygiene please ensure all knickers, briefs and shorts are tried on over your own underwear.

2. We may refuse returns/exchanges if they appear worn or are in an unsaleable condition.

3. Goods will only be accepted for return/exchange if they are despatched within 14 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

4. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

5. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and you are eligible for a refund.

Cancellations

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 working days (from the day after you receive your goods) to cancel the contract for your order with us.

In this case we will issue you with a full refund however you will need to return the entire order at your cost if you have already received it.

In all cases, the goods must be in their original condition and will be inspected on their return.

If we do not receive the cancelled order back, we may arrange to have them collected at your cost.

If you decide to cancel your order with Noo Noos, you must let us know in writing [email is fine], quoting the order number.


Ordering

To purchase items just select the colour, quantity and size of your choice and 'ADD TO BAG' to buy them
Should the item you require be out of stock a message will pop up allowing you to register to be notified when it is back in stock.

Once you've finished shopping, you can go to the checkout by clicking on the 'CHECKOUT' button from your shopping bag.

If you are in receipt of any promotional codes then please enter this in the space provided. You can chose to check out as a guest or register your details for future convenience by clicking on the circle next to the options on the checkout page.  If you have already registered you can simply LOGIN. 

Should you choose to register, you will receive an email with your LOG IN details ready for when you wish to return. 

Fill in the required fields on the Billing, Delivery and Payment tabs then review your order. 
When you are ready select 'CONFIRM ORDER' to place your order. You will be notified of your order number and sent an email confirmation.

Once we have shipped your order you will receive a further email notification from us and be able to track your shipment online.

Payment_methods

Payment will be deducted from your account once your order has been placed.

If your order is dispatched in more than one delivery due to availability, payment will be debited when each separate part of the order is fulfilled.


Viewing Orders

To check your order status, just click on the Your Account link at the top of the page, sign in and then select option My Orders.  Here you can check the status of your order.

"Processing" means your order hasn't been processed yet.

"Pending" means your order could be at any point between the warehouse receiving it and despatching your goods.

"Shipped" means your order has left our warehouse. You'll receive an email confirming despatch.

"Cancelled" means your order has been cancelled either by you or us.


Updating Account Information

To amend your account information simply LOGIN, click on the “My Account” link, edit the relevant information and “SAVE”.
